- penggantian spare part sesuai dengan rekomendasi
- daftar perbaikan yang dikerjakan tanpa ditunda
3) teratur: bisa diukur dengan:
- semua instalasi kabel listrik dalam keadaan rapih tertutup konduit/ trunking
- lampu- lampu terpasang dengan benar
- instalasi pemadam kebakaran sesuai standard yang berlaku
